Please note the following important deadlines:

 🚩 Proxy vote assignment closes: JULY 26 @ 12:30 PM UTC
 🚩 Electronic voting closes: AUGUST 1 @ 12:30 PM UTC

Electronic voting will remain open until August 1 to allow eligible members additional time to vote on the proposed bylaw amendments.
